How It Works

Each of us has the inclination and the ability to be leaders in our own lives, our workplace and our community. For a variety of reasons (fear, lack of knowledge, overwhelming responsibilities) we sometimes step out of our natural leadership roles.

Through coaching Bill helps you

  • look honestly and objectively at where you move toward leadership, where you step away from leadership, and why you do so. Your confident knowledge of your authentic self will inspire you to take charge and set the direction for your life.
  • recognize your purpose, values, and strengths and how to best leverage them in an authentic way to create success while understanding your weaknesess and how to build support around them.
  • break through limiting assumptions and obsolete thought processes in order to think broadly and strategically to achieve tangible, measurable success.
  • act boldly by identifying and addressing areas where risk-taking makes you uncomfortable. Step out of your comfort zone - bold action leads to big results.

Bill's core values of leadership, authenticity, service and connection serve as cornerstones for the work that he does. He builds on theory and a wide range of practical experience to create customized programs and services. By establishing a deep relationship with his clients he understands their needs and create services which enable them to succeed in their endeavors.

Together we create a partnership based on trust and mutual responsibility and an atmosphere that encourages experimentation, risk-taking, growth, and accountability. Using a cycle of assessment, challenge, reflection, and support we help our clients find creative solutions to the challenges they face, step out of their comfort zone, learn, and grow.
