What does leadership mean to you?

You feel compelled to make a change in your life, your team, your organization, or your community, but you don't know how. That nagging feeling will not go away. You feel like you are not putting your talents to good use.

Taking charge in order to create a positive future is important to you, but you can't make the changes you want. You have made all of the excuses: not enough time, you are too busy, you feel stuck, or you have the wrong people around you.

A radically new level of leadership and new way of acting is required. The way you've always done things no longer works. You cannot find your footing. You cannot move yourself or team forward.

Being a leader in your life grows out of times of quiet reflection, but the pressure on you is to do, to act without pause. When you succumb to a constant state of busy-ness, you move away from leadership and fail to make the changes you want.

Growth is essential in order to be successful in today's rapidly changing world. Pullen Associates helps committed individuals, leaders and organizations develop the awareness, skills and abilities required to succeed and create positive, lasting change.

 Testimonial

My coaching process with Bill began when I found myself not having an impact with colleagues in a way that matched my intentions.  And, as a consequence, feeling in general like I was struggling to create solutions for challenges I faced in my organization. With Bill’s help, our time together became a useful “practice lab” of sorts –where we discussed theory behind intentions, conflict, and emotional intelligence in personal and professional realms. His consistent messages and clear ideas, as well as direct but friendly nature, helped me focus my thinking and behavior. I believe that as a result of the training with Bill, I have developed a more strategic perspective, and am now able to communicate in a positive, clear, and effective manner.
